Things You Need to Know

In today’s market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we exchange products, whether we provide shipping services, or about how we secure your personal data.     Refund Policy:-

  • Refunds can be done within 3 days of the purchase date only. 20% restocking fee will be charged on all refunds due to company policy.
  • To be eligible for refunds, the product has to be in perfect condition. Never worn merchandise with unbroken price tags can be returned only. If the product is altered anyway, it cannot be returned. (Like resizing or alteration of rings, bracelets, chains, charms, anklets and watches). No earrings can be returned due to health issues. 
  • If merchandise is financed 20% restocking fee has to be paid first in form of cash or card in order to process the refund. 
    Exchange Policy:-
  • Exchanged can be done within 7 days of the purchase date only. 
  • To be eligible for exchanges, the product has to be in perfect condition. Never worn merchandise with unbroken price tags can be exchanged only. If the product is altered anyway, it cannot be exchanged. (Like resizing or alteration of rings, bracelets, chains, charms, anklets and watches). No earrings can be exchanged due to health issues. 
    Layaway Policy:-
  • We Offer Layaways for up to 2 years. Payments have to make every weekly/ by-weekly/monthly. 20% down payment is required to setup a layaway. 
  • Layaways will be cancelled after 2 consecutive missed payments and merchandise will go back on the shelf. 20% restocking fee will be applied and rest will be given out as store credit with 1 year validity. 
    Special/Custom Order Policy:-
  • No refunds or Exchanges on any special/custom orders.
    Repair Policy:-
  • All Repairs must be picked up within 60 days. After 60 days merchandise will be sold to cover cost of repair.
